Trial of an action for deceit, in which James Magee, proprietor of The Dublin Evening Post was plaintiff, and Nich. Purcell O'Gorman, Esq. Barrister at Law, defendant. Had on the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th of December, 1815. In the court of Kings Bench, Ireland, before the Right Hon. Chief Justice Downes, and a special jury. Together with the proceedings in the same case in July preceding.
