The following address and memorial unanimously agreed to by the members of this union, in November last, has been presented to His Majesty, by the Right Hon. Robert Peel, Principal Secretary of State for the Home Department, as the address and memorial of the individuals by whom it was signed. To the King's Most Excellent Majesty.
