A letter to the Archbishop of Canterbury, proposing a satisfactory adjustment, under the mediation of His Grace and the episcopal bench, of the Irish Church Bill, so as to redeem the popularity of the measure in general, and to ensure the approbation of the people, without departing from the government object of an efficient bill, and without alarming the conservative opponents of government, and to send it back remodelled, to the more perfect satisfaction of the Commons House of Parliament.
